Returns & Refunds
Due to the unique and often made-to-order nature of art, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please read our refund guidelines below:
Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please:

Submit your request within 7 days of delivery
After reviewing your claim, we may offer:

Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time:

First, check the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If the package is marked "delivered" but you didn’t receive it, please contact your local post office or delivery provider.
If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return is approved, you may be responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
